Premier New Era drum throne.
The base is in pretty much the best condition I have ever seen one of these. The actual seat is really good- no rips or cracks. The mid section I am not convinced is original or if someone has used a blow torch to bend one from a different stand - there is a small crack at the top and it takes a little twisting to get it in and out so I wouldnt recomend this as a gigging stool.
Some wear around the height positioning holes but it goes up and down smoothly.
