Vintage Premier 28mm Double Tom Mounting Arm

Premier double tom arm with a 28mm pipe. 11.5 arms.

Its in pretty rough condition overall but its complete and not too dented. The big issue is that the balls on the L-arms have been worn really badly to the point there are like craters in the ball - now they still work but you need to tighten the wingnut in if its in the crater and fastening along the edge is an issue.
