Vintage Premier Stool/ Throne

Classic premier throne. It's ok but not without it's issues so it will need fixing. 

First the good- things are pretty nice overall the tubes are clean, the top is good and not damaged. 

Then the bad - there's is a split on the stitching on the top, the feet are missing, the bit the carriage bolt rests on is a bit mangled and the bottom sliding bit is stretched so it won't stop at the bottom notch.

It sounds bad but I think this is a good one for fixing up or good to take the top half to repair another one.
