Packing and Despatch
We recycle as much as I possibly can but mostly as packing materials within a strong new box but so long as the box is solid we will re-use it. I will try and use bubble wrap in long sections so you can re-use it. We take pride in being really good at packing things up well.
This is a small operation so despatch the same day is very unlikely unless we have a collection booked already and you order early in the morning. We aim to despatch things the next day but things like drum kits that take 2 hours to pack (or if we just can't) it might be the day after but we will keep you informed and upgrade the postage if possible and not horribly expensive.
Postage costs are decided by a calculation based on weights so if you think the cost is miles off give us a shout and we can get an individual estimate. If you are in a big rush message first to see when we can despatch it.
UK Mainland postage Rates
Highlands and Islands customers
I will try to stick to the mainland rates but the postage times for large items are going to be slower. If the postage is much higher than you have paid I will contact you to either get an additional payment or cancel the order.
Highlands customers should note I drive from Perth to the Black Isle every other week so delivery could be arranged.

For international postage the customer is liable for all tax and import charges which will be paid by you when the item gets into your country. UPS UK will charge £15.53 for admin but after that its up to customs in the recipient country to charge any due taxes and charges.
