Refund policy
If you change your mind about the item you will be required to pay any return postage costs to us. Any reduction in value due to use (stick marks etc.) more than the bare minimum to identify a problem if there is one or damaged packaging on new items will be taken from the refund. A refund will be given within 3 days of us receiving the item back.
Items that are ordered in specially for you or are customised to your requirements will not be eligible for a refund (unless work hasn't been started or the order hasn't been put in at the supplier).
For International Customers - if the taxes due in your country are not paid all charges we pay to have the item returned will be taken from any refund, if the charges are higher than the items value the item will be destroyed and there will be no refund.
