Custom 60s Premier 2000 14" Brass Snare Drum

Premier Brass snare drum with a few changes(a few holes enlarged but no new holes although a couple lug holes have slots cut).

Most importantly the extended mechanism was gone so an inde snare throw has been fitted, an excellent condition premier snare butt has also been fitted with the tension bolts from an inde butt threaded to fit so everything can be altered with a drum key. The way the holes were mean the throw off is at the opposite side so the badge will face you if you like the throw on the right. 

The hoops are a decent- some pitting, marks and wear (the bottom hoop is from an older snare so the channel is a little wider).

I've fitted navy blue washers on the square headed tension rods (replaced the original slotted rods). The dampener has red felts fitted. 

New code head on the bottom, Tama starclassic wires (used bit only for a couple weeks) and an old nice Premier better head.
