Sonor Champion 14" Snare Drum with rare stopwatch throw

Sonor champion snare- internal dampener working properly, the stopwatch throw is complete and works fine. The lugs are all good and the tension rods are all new Sonor threaded replacements.

There's some bubbling under the chrome on the ferromanganese shell and the hoops have done scratches and peeled chrome(I don't think these are the original hoops).

Heads and wire are used and the batter head has a small tear (I can find a better replacement, I just didn't notice until I took the photos).
