Used Pearl S1030-L Concert Snare Drum (or tom) Stand
Pearl snare stand in pretty good condition, a few minor marks and a little wobble to the basket but it's still good. The angle adjuster can position this thing pretty much anywhere.
For a snare but it could work as a tom stand so long as you aren't sitting pretty low or don't mind cutting the main tube down a little bit.
