I think this is late 80s or early 90s. Really nice condition. I think its part MTA13J or an equivalent item.
I am unsure about the wingnut on for adjusting the angle of the boom- it looks like a premier replacement part but it doesn't look quite right so possibly tama made a similar version for a short period or maybe its just a clone from something else or maybe i am wrong and it is Premier.
